A key contributor to the growth of Brand – Creative Solutions, fostering learner mindsets across a global Design team and a portfolio of international creative agencies. Successfully established the Production Hub for the Americas, launched the Global Design Hub for Shell.
I was core lead in the full life cycle delivery of Shell Brand Expression evolution (2010 and 2023) bringing my expertise of creative strategy, design thinking, effective visualisation and art direction for the articulation of design philosophy into group-wide standards.
